Responsibilities: Essential duties include, but are not limited to: • Serves food and beverage to guests throughout the restaurant. • Greets guest in restaurant in a positive manner. • Promotes positive guest/employee relations. • Other assignments as directed. • Complete assigned side work • Provide upscale curated dining experience • Maintain professional appearance • Full Menu comprehension • Anticipate guests needs • Suggest Features/ Upsell • Assist the operation by running food from the kitchen to guests throughout the restaurant • Manage multiple tables while ensuring each guest receives personalized attention Qualifications: • Past food serving experience is required, fine-dining experience preferred. • Open availability is preferred. • Ability to deliver a service level which creates an atmosphere that makes our guests want to return, giving each guest a positive, memorable entertainment experience. • Commitment to routinely go above and beyond in the accomplishment of position responsibilities in an effort to play a role in the achievement of organizational goals. • Must present an image of excitement, enthusiasm, and outgoing personality, while being able to project a professional appearance. • Must be able to communicate effectively with guests, specific to position duties and responsibilities. • Preforms other related duties as assigned or required to support departmental goals.
