To learn more about playing for Team Amcor, visit I LinkedIn I Glassdoor I Facebook I YouTube Job Description Provide supervision, motivation and work direction to operator, material handler, mechanics and leads in the injection department Assist in staffing and maintaining a fully qualified and efficient team to meet production standards Assign work and provide technical assistance to meet production schedule and inventory requirements Perform daily reviews/analysis to determine status against production goals Ability to lead teams and committees and special projects as required Daily reporting of downtime, efficiency and production scrap Minimize scrap and maximize efficiency on each shift Prepare for and monitor product changeovers, verify line clearances. Pack bottles to support packers at breaks/lunches Ensure completion of daily and weekly preventive maintenance on shift Responsible for identifying and reacting to various sounds and alarms Provide appropriate and timely feedback on performance All other duties as assigned Our Expectations We Expect Our People To Be Guided By The Amcor Way And Demonstrate Our Values Every Day To Enable The Business To Win.
