The schedule will be from 8 AM to 4 PM. Pewter scrubs are required. The coverage area includes Maricopa, Casa Grande, and Eloy, with flexibility to travel to other areas. Candidates must be residents of Arizona to apply. All candidates should clearly outline the criteria they are willing to accept. Flexibility with locations, shifts, and departments will expedite the offer process. Candidates must be able to start on the scheduled start date or no more than one week later. Requests for time off cannot exceed 7 days. No time off is permitted during the first week of the assignment. Please list all facilities and departments the candidate is willing to work in. All candidates submitted should be pre-closed and ready to accept the position. Strict adherence to background check standards is required.
