Sales Representative - Entry Level
Full-Time | Monday–Friday | B2B Sales | In-Person
We’re looking for an outgoing and motivated Entry Level Sales Representative to join our growing team. This is a business-to-business sales role focused on helping local businesses find telecommunications solutions that support their day-to-day operations.
No previous telecom experience is required. We’re looking for someone who is comfortable communicating with people, motivated by goals, and interested in building valuable sales and business skills.
What You’ll Do
- Connect with business owners and decision-makers within an assigned territory
- Introduce telecommunications products and services to prospective business customers
- Learn about each business and recommend solutions based on its needs
- Conduct in-person sales presentations and answer product and service questions
- Develop new business relationships and maintain professional follow-up
- Guide new customers through the sales and account setup process
- Track sales activity, customer information, and follow-ups
- Work toward individual and team sales goals
Compensation & Perks
- $600 per week guaranteed pay + commission; average reps make $800 per week
- Commission opportunities based on sales performance
- Paid weekly
- Monday–Friday schedule

What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional and comfortable speaking with business customers

- Willingness to learn and take feedback
- Previous sales or customer service experience is helpful but not required
