Registered Nurse Admin House Supervisor

St.David’s Medical Center is seeking a House Supervisor to lead nursing staff, coordinate critical care services, and ensure high quality patient outcomes. Responsibilities Serve as the nursing authority during the absence of other manager or administrator. Direct staff members effectively in emergency situations. Ensure compliance with all policy, procedure, and regulatory standards. Manage admission and discharge processes to maintain efficient throughput and patient-centered care. Model, promote, and hold staff accountable for delivering an exceptional patient experience. Coordinate with management and administrative teams to optimize staff productivity and resource utilization, supporting financial goals. Qualifications Experience Minimum of 2 years of clinical practice, including 1 year in a nursing leadership role. Education Associate’s Degree in Nursing (ADN). Completion of or actively pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) – preferred. Licenses and Certifications Current Texas RN license or Compact RN license.
