With your can-do, go-getter work ethic, we're positive you'll fit right in. This role will operate on our night shift at the Blue Anchor, NJ facility. As an Operations Supervisor, you play a crucial role in overseeing day-to-day manufacturing operations. Your decisions directly impact production efficiency, quality, and safety. You are orchestrating the creation of those golden, crispy waffles that families love. Kellanova plants operate at high speed, constantly evolving through continuous improvement. A Taste of What You'll Be Doing Production Line Support – you'll be leading all activities on your assigned shift working towards production goals, material changes, and schedules. Continuous Improvement – we couldn't do it without your owner's mindset, and all of the acronyms that come with continuous improvement, 5S, RCA, and LEAN. Direction and Servant Leadership – lead and demonstrate your people skills as you provide direction and support to your team of operators. We're Looking for Someone With Demonstrate knowledge of managing safety and/or quality programs & processes High School Diploma or GED with substantial related proven leadership and supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting The ability to prioritize and manage multiple competing requests while maintaining a culture of accountability and execution Ability to work an off shift Compensation The annual salary range is $76,200-$104,720, which is based on various factors such as location, experience and skill.
