We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech‑Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our growing team! Job Responsibilities Provide evaluations, treatment, and individualized therapy plans for children with speech, language, fluency, articulation, and social communication disorders. Collaborate with Occupational Therapists (OTs) and Physical Therapists (PTs) to provide comprehensive, multidisciplinary care. Work closely with families, caregivers, and educators to support each child’s communication development. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with company and insurance guidelines. Provide education and training to parents and caregivers on how to carry over therapy strategies at home. Qualifications Master’s Degree in Speech‑Language Pathology from an accredited program. Valid SLP license in the state of NJ. CCC‑SLP certification. Experience working with pediatric populations. Strong communication, collaboration, and clinical reasoning skills. Passion for helping children achieve their communication goals in a fun and engaging way.
