Comply with client and firm standard operating procedures. Conduct legal and tax research. Requirements Minimum of 10+ years' experience in trust and estate matters. Experience with high-net-worth clients on estate planning strategies. Existing referral base generating significant revenue. Experience handling surrogate court proceedings. Strong oral and written communication skills. Ability to organize data into clear arguments. Ability to handle sensitive matters confidentially. Active attorney license in applicable states. High degree of initiative and mature judgment. Education Bachelor's degree and J.D.
