CNC Operator

Trillium Staffing is now seeking a CNC Operator in Baltimore, MD for direct-hire! Pay: $22.75 - $24.50 per hour (based on experience). Shift Differential: Additional 10% premium ($25.00 - $27.00 per hour equivalent, based on experience). Night Shift Schedule: Monday-Friday, 1:00 PM - 9:30 PM- 30-minute lunch break (some flexibility on lunchbreak time). Training Requirement 3-5 weeks of training on first shift Flexible training start time between 5:00 AM and 8:00 AM (consistent start time required) What You’ll Do Operate a variety of production machinery within a manufacturing cell Perform quality checks and inspections using precision measuring equipment Make minor machine adjustments to maintain product quality and production standards Use measuring tools including micrometers, calipers, and gauges Operate powered industrial equipment such as forklifts Qualifications Minimum 5 years of Machine Operator experience, CNC preferred Ability to inspect parts and maintain close tolerances Experience using precision measuring instruments Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and mechanical drawings Basic computer skills Ability to use hand tools and perform minor machine adjustments Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Preferred High School Diploma or GED Physical Requirements Frequent lifting, pushing, or pulling up to 20 lbs.
