We're building our Field Marketing team and looking for outgoing, motivated people who want to strengthen their communication skills, gain sales experience, and make great money in fewer hours.

This is a community-focused, people-first role. You'll work outdoors, connect with homeowners, build relationships, and schedule estimates. No marketing experience? No problem. We provide full training and coaching to help you succeed.

• Earn an average of $30$50 per hour with a $15/hour base plus commission and bonuses
• Full-time and part-time opportunities available * Part-time team members must commit to working at least 20 hours per week in the field
• Mileage is reimbursed

What You'll Do

• Connect with homeowners through neighborhood outreach and community events
• Build relationships and schedule estimates for our sales team
• Learn proven marketing and sales techniques through hands-on coaching
• Represent Heiler Painting positively and professionally in the community

What You Need

• A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
• A positive, outgoing personality and an interest in meeting new people
• Strong communication skills and comfort using basic technology
• Energy and ability to remain active and work outdoors
• Weekday availability with occasional weekend availability * Part-time applicants must be able to consistently work at least 20 hours per week in the field
