Oral Surgeon

Ready to build your career with an expanding multi-specialty group? We are looking for an Oral Surgeon to join a growing, forward-thinking private practice in San Jose, CA. This is a flexible, growth-oriented position with significant long-term earning potential for a quality Oral Surgeon!

As a member of this team, you will start on a manageable 2-3 day clinical schedule with the opportunity to expand to full-time as your patient volume and referral base grow. This practice invests heavily in mentorship, marketing, and referral development, giving you the tools and support to build a thriving surgical practice from day one. This position is open to new grads along with experienced Oral Surgeons alike who are eager to grow. Expect a modern, fully digital practice with CBCT, intraoral scanning, and an established AOX program. See specifics on compensation, benefits, etc. below!

Here are some key features to consider about this position:

• Estimated daily production of $5,000-$30,000+, increasing steadily during ramp-up
• Established referral network with an experienced clinical team
• Negotiable, competitive daily guarantee during initial ramp-up period, transitioning to collections-based compensation
• Estimated annual total compensation of approximately $200,000-$1,000,000+, depending on production and practice growth
• Most common procedures include dental implants, full-arch (AOX) implant rehabilitation, wisdom teeth extractions, bone grafting, and IV sedation
• 401k
• CE support and mentorship
• Dedicated marketing support, including support from the Business Development and Practice Growth Directors
• Ideal start: January 2027
