Job Summary Exemption Status: Non-Exempt Hiring Range: $38.65 - $78.34 Schedule Details: Holidays - No More Than Every Third Holiday, Monday through Friday, On Call - Required Scheduled Hours: 6:45-3:15 or 9:00-5:30 Shift: 1 – Day Shift, 8 Hours (United States of America) Hours: 24 Cost Center: 10021 – 2110 Operating Room Union: MNA-Marlborough (Massachusetts Nurses Association) This position may have a signing bonus available. A member of the Recruitment Team will confirm eligibility during the interview process. Responsibilities Utilizes the Nursing Process for the delivery and management of patient's care from Admission to Discharge, appropriate to the developmental age of the patient population. Performs patient assessment/reassessment according to standard procedure. Develops and coordinates individual plan of care including discharge planning. Directs, supervises, coordinates and evaluates nursing care within assigned clinical setting. Delegates appropriately to others in accordance with job description and competency level. Qualifications License/Certification/Education: Required: Current Massachusetts Nursing licensure and registration. Required: BLS is a requirement for every RN unless ACLS certification is current, in addition to any unit specific certifications and competencies. Preferred: Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing highly preferred. Experience/Skills: Thorough knowledge of the discipline of Nursing.
