As a vital funding and fundraising partner for Ovation, the Foundation helps ensure that Ovation can provide a safe, secure, and welcoming destination for its residents and families.In this role the Donor Engagement Manager plays a key role in advancing the mission of Jewish Home and Care Center Foundation by creating meaningful, engaging, and seamless experiences for donors and supporters. Reporting to the Foundation President, this position is responsible for planning and executing events, managing donor communications, and supporting fundraising campaigns.The ideal candidate will haveBachelor's degree in communication, nonprofit management, marketing or related fieldAt least three (3) years of experience fundraising, event planning, and donor relationsBe adapt at grant writingStrong communication skillsHighly organizedExcellent IT skills and experience with CRM systems.
