Include the following.Receive and review orders for accuracy and completenessEnsure the correct products are picked, packed, and prepared for shipmentVerify order contents, quantities, and shipping details to ensure accuracyCoordinate with shipping carriers to schedule pickups and deliveries in a timely mannerPrepare shipping documentation and labels in compliance with regulatory and company requirementsMonitor and track shipments to confirm on-time delivery and proactively address delaysCommunicate clearly and professionally – both verbally and in writing – with internal teams, carriers, and customers to provide shipping updatesRespond promptly to customer inquiries related to order status, shipping timelines, and tracking informationEnter finished goods into SAP with accuracy and attention to detailSupport general warehouse and facility tasks during downtime, including cleaning, organizing, or operating a forklift (if certified)BASIC REQUIREMENTS: High School diploma or GED required. Prior warehouse experience preferred. SAP system experience is a plus. Comfortable working in a cold environment with fluctuating temperatures.
