Overview Registered Nurse, Unit Coordinator for the IMCU at Sentara Princess Anne Hospital. Full‑time, rotating shifts. Location: Virginia Beach, VA. Responsibilities include demonstrating proficiency in nursing practice within the IMCU, providing clinical leadership in the department, directing safety and quality initiatives, simplifying workflow, contributing to staff development, and fostering excellent customer service. The RN is responsible for the delivery of competent nursing care using the nursing process and for meeting professional performance standards in ethics, culturally congruent practice, communication, collaboration, leadership, education, evidence‑based practice, and quality evaluation. Experience Required Previous nursing experience.
