Trinity Fire Suppression is seeking a Fire Sprinkler Service Estimator to support our growing service and inspection division. This position focuses on quoting sprinkler repairs, deficiency corrections, small projects, and time & material day work.

The ideal candidate understands fire sprinkler systems from both a field and code perspective and can quickly turn inspection reports and site visits into clear, accurate, and profitable repair proposals.

This role is fast-paced and customer-facing — we are looking for someone who is responsive, organized, and confident communicating technical scope to property managers, contractors, and building owners.

Key Responsibilities

• Review inspection reports and deficiency lists to prepare repair proposals

• Quote sprinkler system repairs, modifications, and small service projects

• Prepare time & material (T&M) pricing for day work

• Perform site visits when needed to verify scope and conditions

• Interpret NFPA requirements and explain deficiencies to customers

• Coordinate with service technicians and scheduling team

• Work closely with purchasing to obtain material pricing

• Ensure quotes are accurate, timely, and profitable

• Track approved quotes and support smooth handoff to operations
