Hourly Pay Range: $20 - $24 USD Shift: M - F, 7:00am - 3:30pm Job Summary The Inventory Control Specialist ensures accurate inventory management by conducting physical counts, analyzing data, and maintaining records. What You'll Do Conduct periodic physical counts of inventory to maintain accurate records and identify discrepancies. Analyze inventory reports and data to identify trends, forecasts, and discrepancies. Implement and maintain effective inventory management systems, processes, and procedures. Collaborate with supply chain, logistics, and operations teams to ensure inventory accuracy and minimize stockouts. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to optimize inventory management. Monitor and investigate inventory discrepancies, and communicate findings to relevant teams. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, reports, and documentation. Requirements 2+ years of experience in inventory control, supply chain management, or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Basic understanding of inventory control procedures. Extremely organized and able to work with minimum supervision. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and workflow in a fast-paced environment.
