Bar Manager - Lead, Coach, and Elevate the Guest Experience At Viva Karaoke x Studios , we’re redefining nightlife through elevated hospitality, high‑energy experiences, and operational excellence. We’re looking for a Bar Manager who can lead from the front. Someone who not only owns the bar program, but can seamlessly step onto the floor to support overall venue operations. This role is for a true operator and leader. Someone who can coach a team, maintain structure, drive performance, and ensure every guest experience meets our standard of Karaoke Re‑Imagined . Employee perks and discounts across our venues The opportunity to be part of a concept that is redefining nightlife hospitality What You’ll Do Lead & Develop the Bar Team Train, coach, and hold bartenders accountable to service standards, product knowledge, and execution Foster a culture of professionalism, urgency, and genuine hospitality Build a strong, reliable team through ongoing development and performance management Own Bar Operations Oversee all bar functions including prep, service, cleanliness, and closing procedures Maintain consistency in cocktail execution, pour counts, and presentation Manage inventory, ordering, cost controls, and waste prevention Ensure bar organization, cleanliness, and readiness at all times Operate as a Floor Leader Actively support overall venue operations beyond the bar, assisting with service flow, guest issues, and team coordination Lead by example during service, jumping into any role when needed to maintain operational excellence Monitor pacing, guest experience, and staff performance across all departments Drive Standards & Accountability Uphold and enforce all company policies, systems, and SOPs Ensure all bar training materials, recipes, and systems are current and executed consistentlyConduct regular check‑ins, pre‑shifts, and real‑time coaching during service Deliver Exceptional Guest Experience Ensure every guest interaction reflects our standard of upscale, high‑energy hospitality Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and urgency Create an environment where guests feel welcomed, celebrated, and taken care of What We’re Looking For Proven leadership experience in high‑volume bar, nightlife, or restaurant environments Strong ability to lead teams while actively working in the operation Deep understanding of bar operations, inventory systems, and cost control High attention to detail with strong organizational and problem‑solving skills Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑energy environment Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays What Sets You Apart You don’t just manage, you lead from the floor You hold standards without compromising team culture You understand that hospitality and efficiency must coexist You take ownership of both the guest experience and team performance #J-18808-Ljbffr
