Continuous Improvement Manager – Jackson, TN As a Continuous Improvement Manager at our Jackson, TN facility, you will play a crucial role in delivering programs and processes essential to plant operation, supporting the production of great food at a low cost. Responsibilities Participate in the business planning and budgeting process and deliver cost savings within the business unit. Determine and drive best practices in equipment reliability, total cost of ownership, and provide technical support for proactive maintenance. Drive key performance indicators related to improved costs, OEE, and service. Update equipment maintenance plans (EMP) based on data analysis of failures. Train reliability and autonomous maintenance teams. Qualifications Passion for improvement and thinking outside the box. Proven experience leading continuous improvement projects (Lean, TPM, Six Sigma, KWS, IWS, HPO). Exceptional ability to influence and lead cross‑functional teams across all organizational levels. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. High school diploma or GED and experience in continuous improvement initiatives. Compensation The annual salary range is $115,400 - $151,410 , depending on location, experience, and skill. Discretionary bonuses based on company and individual performance are also available.
