Manager, Solution Engineering - Informatica Data Foundations

Responsibilities Build, coach, and scale a team translating complex data into AI strategies Drive a Data First strategy for trusted, governed data foundations Maximize team engagement, alignment, deal orchestration, and value-based selling Coach team on prioritizing key decision‑makers and business outcomes Develop strategic deal planning and disciplined deal strategy Coach independent positioning of multi-ecosystem architectures Build a structured approach to discovery, value validation, and project monitoring Requirements Degree in Computer Science required (B.S., Master’s, or Ph.D.) 5+ years in technical pre‑sales, strategy, or management consulting Strong understanding of enterprise data management and integration Experience with modern data architectures Proven ability to coach consultative and value‑based selling approaches Experience managing or supporting SE capacity, deal prioritization, and pipeline execution Hard Skills data management data integration modern data architectures deal orchestration strategic deal planning project monitoring Soft Skills coaching team engagement alignment value‑based selling consultative selling prioritization Certifications & Qualifications degree in Computer Science #J-18808-Ljbffr Jobtailor
