Primary focus will be on monitoring, controlling, and improving existing manufacturing processes, and to ensure customer and business needs are met.**PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:**Provide operational technical support for existing applications and processesCollaborate with operations, quality, engineering, and maintenance to solve issuesTroubleshoot problems with other technical employees, suppliers, and outside expertsCreate training tools, documents, and standard operating procedures for production processesParticipate in continuous improvement activities and eventsPresent technical information or proposals to team membersOffer assistance/mentor for less experienced technical employeesConduct testing related to introducing product improvements into the manufacturing processPerform complex analyses using quality tools and lab techniquesAct as a team member on larger-scale projects with defined task ownershipTake full responsibility for small-scale expense or capital projectsEstimate project schedules, resource needs, and costsPrepare and maintain detailed documentation for functional areas or projectsEngage in continuous education and skill developmentDesign, build, and test models or prototypesDemonstrate how technology solutions meet customer requirements**QUALIFICATION AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:*** 4-year technical degree or equivalent combination of formalized technical education and experience* Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills* Strong mechanical aptitude* Communicate effectively through written, verbal, listening, and presentation skills* Knowledge of 2D & 3D solid modeling preferred (AutoCad/Inventor)**PAY RANGE:**$62,960.00 - $94,440.00**CULTURE AND BENEFITS:**At Andersen, we believe our people are at the heart of everything we do.
