We are seeking an experienced, licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Sales

Agent to help grow our agency and build lasting client relationships. If you are a motivated

self-starter who enjoys connecting with people, understanding their insurance needs, and

meeting sales goals, we want to hear from you.

This is a sales-focused position with some light customer service support for existing

policyholders. You will have access to training and coaching, a competitive base salary, and

opportunities to earn commissions and performance-based bonuses.

What you'll do

• Meet new-business production goals and identify cross-selling opportunities to expand

client relationships.

• Generate and follow up on sales leads, respond to inquiries, and guide prospects

through the sales process.

• Understand customers' needs and clearly explain appropriate coverage options.

• Build trust through responsive service, active listening, and clear communication.

• Support client retention and provide occasional backup to the customer service team

for existing policies.

• Respond promptly to policy questions, service requests, cancellation requests, and

customer concerns; follow through to resolution.

• Maintain accurate customer records, account information, and documentation.

What we're looking for

• An active Florida insurance license appropriate for Property & Casualty sales in this role.

• At least two years of successful insurance sales experience.

• A driven, goal-oriented approach and the ability to work independently with a sense of

urgency.

• Strong phone skills, active listening, and excellent interpersonal communication.

• Attention to detail, sound problem-solving skills, and strong follow-through.

• Confidence using computers and learning insurance and customer-management

systems.

• The ability to prioritize, multitask, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
