General Manager

We’re looking for a driven and resourceful General Manager to lead business operations, optimize team performance, and execute the company vision. Responsibilities: • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations • Implement strategies to optimize efficiency, increase profitability, and elevate the customer experience • Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness across all departments • Monitor key metrics and financial performance, identifying opportunities for improvement • Hire, train, and mentor department leaders and staff to foster growth and performance Qualifications: • Well-versed in using dashboards, KPIs, and workflow systems to manage day-to-day operations • A strong grasp of budgeting, financial reporting, and forecasting • Has experience managing teams and overseeing business operations • The ability to lead by example, resolve conflict, and create a cohesive team environment • Is a confident communicator who leads with empathy and clarity Compensation: $70,000 - $75,000 yearly
