What You'll Do

• Assist in inpatient rehab or acute care settings, supporting up to 12 patients per day.
• Collaborate with physical therapists and other team members on patient care plans.
• Provide therapeutic interventions to promote patient recovery and independence.
• Assist with co-treatments alongside PTAs when applicable.
• Document patient progress accurately and timely.
• Support the team in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.

What You Need

Required:

• Valid Occupational Therapy Assistant license or equivalent.
• CPR certification recommended.
• Previous inpatient rehab or acute care experience preferred.

Preferred:

• Teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Flexibility to adapt to unit needs and patient caseloads.
