As a Direct Hire Recruiter at Jackson Pharmacy Professionals, Jackson Therapy Partners, or Jackson Health Pros, you'll be the key connection between talented clinicians and opportunities nationwide. Your role is to aggressively source, screen, and place healthcare professionals in permanent positions, ensuring both client and candidate satisfaction. You'll manage the full recruitment cycle, build a robust pipeline, and maintain lasting relationships with clinicians. Review candidate resumes for content and format, maintaining high standards. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred. Basic understanding of recruitment processes and strategies. At least

1 year of experience in recruiting

or a related sales environment, ideally within a staffing agency. Driven to meet goals:
