HDR
HDR is seeking a Federal Water Market Sector Leader for the Northern California area. You will shape strategy, lead client engagement, and drive growth across key federal water projects. You will collaborate with HDR's leadership, management, and technical staff to win pursuits and deliver complex programs. You will guide marketing initiatives, supervise staff development, and build relationships with senior client leaders while aligning resources and ensuring high-quality project delivery.
