Position Summary Hill Country Barbecue Market is seeking experienced servers to join our staff. Responsibilities Serve guests with respect, kindness, and punctuality. Talk guests through our menu and cuisine. Upsell guests on specials, cocktails, and add-ons. Close out checks with accuracy. Work in a team environment that includes hosts, bussers, bartenders, and managers. Qualifications At least 2 years of service experience. Experience using Aloha POS system. Experience serving barbecue. Ability to work with large groups. Employment Details Both Full‑Time and Part‑Time positions are available. Open availability is preferred.
