Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct thorough virtual psychosocial assessments to determine clients' strengths, needs, and areas for intervention.

  • Provide evidence-based therapy and counseling services tailored to individuals, families, and groups, using modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

  • Coordinate with healthcare providers and other community resources to advocate for integrated care that addresses clients' overall wellness.

  • Document all client interactions, treatment progress, and outcomes accurately within our electronic health record (EHR) system to comply with regulations and improve care continuity.

  • Actively participate in interdisciplinary team meetings, case reviews, and continuing education to ensure the highest quality of care and stay current with best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your focus will primarily be on clients navigating varying degrees of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and more. Engaging with a diverse client base, you will tailor your therapeutic approaches to meet cultural and situational needs, ensuring that every individual feels heard and supported.

Qualifications\n

  • A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

  • Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California.

  • A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience providing clinical social work services.

  • Strong proficiency in conducting diagnostic assessments and creating individualized treatment plans.

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of establishing rapport with clients from various walks of life.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $115,000 to $130,000 per year, commensurate with your level of experience and caseload. In addition to monetary compensation, our benefits include:
