CDL A Truck Driver Overview

• Reliable regional earnings. Drivers earn up to $94,000 per year*, with consistent freight and dependable weekly miles.
• Pay that rewards commitment. Start at 70CPM, earn up to 17CPM in accessorial pay based on the load, and add up to 6CPM in loyalty pay, earned from day one*.
• Home time you can plan around. Run regional routes and get home every other weekend, creating a rhythm that works for real life.
• Extra pay for the work you do. Earn up to $100 tarp pay, adding meaningful upside to weekly paychecks.

Driver Requirements

• Valid CDL A license
• 6+ months Regional or OTR experience
• 2+ years Regional or OTR experience preferred
