Job Summary:
Total Rehab at Moorestown is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Aide to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for our residents, patients, staff, and visitors. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, follows infection control standards, and understands the importance of cleanliness in a healthcare setting.

Responsibilities:

• Perform daily cleaning and sanitizing of resident rooms, common areas, offices, and restrooms

• Maintain cleanliness of floors, surfaces, and furnishings according to facility standards

• Follow infection control, safety, and OSHA guidelines at all times

• Properly handle and dispose of waste and soiled materials

• Replenish supplies such as soap, paper products, and linens as needed

• Report maintenance issues or safety concerns to the appropriate department

• Work cooperatively with nursing and facility staff to support resident care

Qualifications:

• Prior housekeeping experience in a healthcare or long-term care setting preferred

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

• Strong attention to detail and time management skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Must be reliable, punctual, and professional

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift as required throughout the shift
