Shorewood has an immediate opening for an experienced Leasing Professional! Our team members are high performers that care about customer service and exceed expectations. The Leasing Professional plays a critical role in our success. Offering the epitome of island lifestyle in the PNW, Shorewood Apartments hosts 645 units on Mercer Island. Located on over 40 acres of lush landscaping and with views of Lake Washington, this garden-style community features updated amenities and a neighborhood feel. Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday. Thursday - Friday 9am-6pm, Saturday 10am-5pm

The hourly range for this role is $21.00 - $25.00 Additional Compensation Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including business requirements, prior experience, current skills and geographical location. Corporate Positions:Inaddition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participateina quarterly or annual bonus program based onindividual and company performance. Onsite Property Positions:Inaddition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participatein weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly bonus programs.
