Heart Failure Program Coordinator - Quality & Accreditation

Eisenhower Medical Center is seeking a Heart Failure Coordinator to oversee the Heart Failure Program. This role focuses on enhancing care quality for heart failure patients and ensuring accreditation compliance. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, a California RN license, and 5 years of clinical experience, preferably in cardiac settings.
