Team Manager - Wailea

Summary The Team Manager supports the Store Director in leading sales, operations and security to meet commercial targets and elevate the in‑store client experience. This role provides leadership presence on the sales floor and assumes oversight of the store in the Director's absence. The ideal candidate is an inspiring coach and mentor who drives service excellence and team performance. Responsibilities Coach, guide and support sales and operations teams to achieve or exceed commercial and profitability targets. Provide management presence on the sales floor and assume store oversight when the Director is not present. Drive client development activities and deepen client relationships to generate sales and meet KPIs. Lead service excellence initiatives, act on client feedback, and optimize hospitality and store amenities. Attract, hire, train and retain talent, deliver performance feedback and foster an inclusive, high‑performance culture. Champion operational efficiency, ensure compliance with internal controls and identify process improvements. Requirements Minimum of 3 years retail or luxury retail store management or relevant customer‑related experience. Proven track record in sales generation and managing achievement of commercial results. Flexibility to work non‑traditional hours including days, nights, weekends and holidays. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, client tracking systems and Point of Sale (POS) systems. Authorization to work in the United States; college/university degree preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
