Title Processor/ Escrow Assistant- Trinity, FL

SetPoint Consultants is a national recruitment firm specializing in the Title Insurance, Mortgage, Legal, Finance, and Customer Service industries. We have a growing title company with a branch in Bradenton that is looking to hire a Title Processor. Candidates who have some experience closing will get priority consideration. This position will not last long, so send your resume today!
Pay for the position will be $50,000-$65,000/yr. This is a PERMANENT position and is NOT TEMP.
Title Processor: Candidate must have 2+ years of current experience working for a title company or law firm, working as a Title Processor. The candidate will open files, call for payoffs, order surveys, assist in clearing title issues, and help prepare HUD's.
Candidate must have experience preparing CD's.
The candidate must have good data entry and computer skills.
