Facilities Technician

Location: Melrose Park, IL 60160

Pay Rate: $28.00/hr

Shift: 1st: 7AM-3:30PM

We are seeking an experienced Facilities Technician to support building and grounds maintenance for a manufacturing facility. Responsibilities include painting, drywall repair, basic plumbing, facility upkeep, pallet racking assembly, HVAC filter replacement, snow removal, and general maintenance tasks. Requirements: 3+ years of facilities, building, or property maintenance experience Experience with painting, drywall, and basic plumbing Comfortable using hand and power tools Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Forklift experience is a plus Great opportunity for candidates with facilities, building maintenance, apartment maintenance, or handyman experience.
