This role is designed for a master-level professional who excels in complex diagnostics, advanced repairs, and serving as a mentor to fellow technicians.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform advanced diagnostics and high-level repairs on engines, transmissions, brakes, electrical, and diesel systemsTroubleshoot and resolve both mechanical and electronic issues accuratelyDeliver efficient, high-quality repairs while maintaining strict safety standardsPartner with Service Advisors to provide precise estimates and clear repair explanationsMaintain tools, equipment, and a clean, organized work environmentStay updated on the latest automotive technology, diagnostic tools, and repair techniquesSupport training and mentorship of junior and mid-level techniciansQualifications5+ years of hands-on automotive repair experience (ASE Master Certification preferred)Expertise in diagnostics with in-depth knowledge of engines, drivetrains, electrical, and diesel systemsProven ability to perform complex repairs independently and accuratelyExperience using modern diagnostic software and repair equipmentStrong commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and customer satisfactionWhy Join Us Bring your expertise to a shop that values your skill, invests in your growth, and gives you the opportunity to excel at what you do best.
