Senior/Staff Solutions Architect

Role Overview Senior / Staff Solutions Architect Engineer, hybrid – New York, NY. You will work with Healthie’s high‑impact customers, designing and building solutions on Healthie’s extensible platform. Key Responsibilities Serve as a technical partner to customers throughout problem definition, design, implementation, and delivery. Diagnose complex technical and workflow challenges, architect scalable, production‑grade solutions, and write production code. Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Solutions Engineering to shape platform architecture and enterprise customer delivery. Identify systemic patterns across implementations, suggest tooling and deployment improvements, and influence API design. Leverage AI‑assisted development workflows and modern tools to boost velocity and quality. Qualifications 5–10+ years in highly technical, customer‑facing roles (consultancy or platform‑based). Proficient with Rails, React, TypeScript, GraphQL, Postgres, Redis, Sidekiq, RSpec, Capybara and full‑stack development. Strong technical generalist who can go deep on demand and possesses strong product sense. Excellent communication skills; able to explain complex technical concepts to technical and non‑technical audiences. Self‑directed, highly organized, and comfortable owning problems end‑to‑end in a fast‑paced environment. U.S. work authorization is required.
