Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status, emotional well-being, and specific needs. Develop and execute customized treatment plans that align with each individual's objectives and challenges. Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions across various formats, including individual sessions, family therapy, and group workshops. Regularly monitor clients' progress, employing clinically informed adjustments to treatment strategies as required. Offer crisis intervention services to clients facing acute mental health challenges, ensuring immediate support and care. Maintain meticulous and confidential records in accordance with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards. Work collaboratively with colleagues across disciplines to ensure a holistic approach to client care. Stay informed about the latest research and developments in mental health practices to enhance service delivery. Engage in regular supervision and training aimed at improving clinical skills and fostering professional growth. Adhere to ethical standards and guidelines established by relevant licensing boards to ensure the highest level of professional conduct. Patient Population / Client Focus Our clients include individuals from varying backgrounds experiencing issues related to anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and more. You will work closely with diverse populations, tailoring your therapeutic approach to meet clients where they are and guiding them toward wellness and recovery. Qualifications A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required. Current state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (e.g., LCMFT, LCPC, LCP, LCSW, LSCSW) is mandatory. Demonstrated clinical assessment and diagnostic acumen, ensuring precise evaluations of clients’ mental health. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, fostering trust and rapport with clients. Empathy, compassion, and a steadfast commitment to enhancing client well-being. A proven ability to thrive in self-directed and collaborative settings. Comprehensive knowledge of ethical guidelines and legal requirements governing mental health practice. A dedication to ongoing learning and professional enhancement. Preferred Experience A minimum of three years of relevant experience in the field of mental health counseling or therapy is required. Experience working with diverse populations and complex psychosocial issues.
