Make a difference in the lives of K-12 students as a Speech Language Pathologist providing either hybrid or in-person services. This contract opportunity lets you work close to Courtland, VA, with a primary focus on supporting communication development and student success within a school environment.

Qualifications:

• Active Virginia SLP License required
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
• Experience working with K-12 students is a plus
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Assess and diagnose speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans
• Provide direct and consultative speech/language services in accordance with students’ IEPs
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support students’ progress
• Maintain thorough student records and document services in compliance with school and state standards
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide professional input for student planning

This position offers a consistent Monday through Friday schedule, totaling 40 hours per week. You’ll have the opportunity to select a hybrid or fully in-person model, catering to your preferred working style.
