Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Overview We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Behavior Technicians. As a Behavior Technician, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children with autism. Pay Range: $17 - $20. Responsibilities Work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors. Collaborate with a BCBA and other team members to support each child’s progress. Provide a safe, supportive environment and adapt strategies as needed.
