License and Certification Virginia or Compact Multi-State License in good standing Basic Life Support (BLS) within 90 days of hire Education RN-Bachelor’s Degree, or RN-Master’s Degree Requirements: 1 year of leadership 3 years of Case Management Certifications: Specialty certification required within one year of eligibility (ACM, CCM, CCCTM, CMAC or CMGT-BC).
