Registered Nurse – Cath Lab

This is a 13-week contract position. This position requires 4 ten-hour shifts, typically working Monday through Friday and Sundays. The shift hours are from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM or 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM, with rotation between the hours. Additional responsibilities include one call shift per week and one late stay shift each week.

The Registered Nurse in the Cath Lab will provide high-quality care to patients undergoing diagnostic and interventional procedures. Responsibilities include managing patient care, performing various cardiac procedures, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure patient safety and effective outcomes.

• Perform and assist with diagnostic catheterizations and interventional procedures.
• Administer emergency medications and monitor patients for any adverse reactions.
• Utilize advanced equipment such as IVUS, OCT, FFr, and more for patient diagnostics.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including IV teams, physical therapy, and respiratory services.
• Participate in weekend call rotation and Sunday shifts as required.

• Minimum of 1 year of Charge Nurse experience in a Cath Lab setting.
• Active RN license.
• Certifications required: ACLS, BLS.
• 1-year minimum experience with EPIC EMR is required.
