Field Technician

Level 2 Field Technician

Our client is currently seeking a qualified Level 2 Field Technician to join their team in Pensacola, FL. This role will require a valid license, clean MVR, and reliable transportation. Skills and Qualifications:

• A+ certification preferred
• Apple experience preferred
• OEM Warranty support preferred
• Dell experience
• Breakfix Troubleshooting experience
• Experience providing white glove customer service
• Great attention to detail
• Strong time management skills
• ServiceNow experience is a plus

Wage Range: The rate for this position is between $18.75 - $25.00 per hour, unless local minimum wage is higher. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
