This role is all about turning complex data into scalable, reliable solutions that power reporting, analytics, integrations, and AI-driven insights across the company. You'll design and support cloud-native data platforms using Microsoft's modern data ecosystem, while helping modernize legacy systems and shape the future of our data environment. It's a place where you can show up as yourself, take on meaningful challenges, and help build brands people actually care about.In this role, you'll help shape and support the data systems that power smarter decisions across Pabst.Design, develop, and optimize database objects including tables, views, and stored procedures within Microsoft FabricBuild and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines using Microsoft Fabric Pipelines, Azure Data Factory, SSIS, and Azure Data Lake Storage Gen2Modernize and migrate legacy SSIS solutions into cloud-native Azure and Fabric environmentsPartner with engineers, analysts, and business teams to develop scalable data warehouse and lakehouse solutionsIntegrate data from internal and third-party systems using APIs, FTP/SFTP, and cloud ingestion patternsMonitor and support production data pipelines to ensure reliability, performance, and data qualityContribute to data architecture best practices around governance, security, scalability, and optimizationHelp support a modern analytics environment that enables enterprise reporting, advanced analytics, and AI-driven insights3-5+ years of overall IT experience, including 3+ years focused on data engineeringStrong experience with Microsoft SQL Server, T-SQL, stored procedures, views, and SSISHands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and Microsoft FabricExperience with Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake Storage Gen2, Azure SQL, and Logic AppsFamiliarity with Medallion Architecture (Bronze/Silver/Gold) data modeling approachesExperience with Power BI reporting and dashboard development preferredExposure to data science workflows, machine learning, or AI deployments is a plusStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiencesA collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently and cross-functionallyPBC takes pride in developing and promoting talent as an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
