Job Description Skalnek Ford in Lake Orion is looking to add a JuniorSales Associate to our growing team. We are a Family owned and operated, with stable and experienced management. Skalnek Ford prides itself in one of the automotive industry's highest employee retention rates. With a new facility and state of the art showroom opening in 2026, Skalnek Ford is excited to add team members that will help our business grow while providing exceptional customer experiences throughout our customers shopping experience. Educate customers on vehicle features, benefits, and available options. Assist the Sales staff with getting vehicles ready for a test drive / deliveries Build rapport with customers to understand their automotive needs and preferences. Assist the SeniorSales Staff in delivering vehicles, going over the New technology,. Maintain a thorough knowledge of current inventory and promotions. Requirements No Previous sales experience is necessary, it would be a plus. . Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Time management A positive attitude and a strong desire to succeed. A valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Ability to learn and adapt to new product information and sales techniques. Comfortable working in a dynamic, customer-facing environment.
