Regular job in Los Angeles East. 2020 Companies, in partnership with Meta, is hiring part-time Meta Sales Specialists for floating market coverage. Pay is $21.50 per hour with 6 hours guaranteed per week, and on-call coverage hours can vary weekly. Availability required is Friday 4:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m., and Saturday and Sunday 11:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. Floaters have priority consideration for open positions within the market based on attendance, KPIs, and other attributing factors.

• Tech Savvy and Organized: Track customer interactions, feedback, and sales electronically. Submit daily reports with ease using your mobile device
• Foster positive partner Field and Store relationships by adapting to local retail store environments, respecting established hierarchies, and adhering to all operational policies while representing 2020 companies.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• A minimum of 6 months of experience in sales, electronics, retail, telecom, or marketing is preferred
• An interest in AV and VR products is a plus
• Ability to engage, demonstrate, and ask for the sale
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are essential
• Impeccable integrity and a genuine commitment to exceeding customer expectations
• Thrive in a fast-paced team environment
• Availability to work weekends and up to a minimum of three one-time weekday shifts required
• Own a smartphone with an equivalent operating system of an iPhone 11 or Samsung S25.
• Ability to stand, walk around, reach, pick up, bend, grab, up to 20lbs occasionally, with continuous hand/eye coordination and fine manipulation (Accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions)
• Reliable transportation to arrive on time for scheduled visits
