What does the role entail?

The Server is responsible primarily for greeting our guests once seated, taking accurate food and beverage orders as well as following up and checking in with guests throughout their meal. This person must have good communication skills as well as the ability to lift, pull and push moderate weight. This is a fast-paced position with continual customer contact.

Qualifications

Your experience:

• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in afast-paced environment.

• Refined verbal communication skills.

• Prior serving experience preferred.

• Ability to stay calm and focused in a fast-paced environment.

• A desire to exceed guest expectations.

• Ability to stand for long periods of time and walk long distances.

• Ability to work outdoors, under the Sun, including all weather conditions.

• Must have open availability during Spring Break and Summer Season, including weekends and Holidays.

• Must have a valid CA Food Handler Card.

• Must have a valid RBS certification.

Qualifications - External

Your experience:

• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.

• Refined verbal communication skills.

• Previous serving experience in a fast-paced restaurant required.

• Personable and service oriented individual required.

• Ability to multitask and work under pressure and prioritize.

• Food & Beverage knowledge and restaurant station set-up preferred.

• Must have physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight.

• Ability to push and pull heavy objects.

• Ability to stand for long periods of time and walk long distances.

• Open availability including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays required.

• Knowledge in food, wine and spirits required.

• Valid CA Food Handler Certification required.
