Chesapeake Regional Healthcare in Chesapeake, VA seeks a Clinical Pharmacist to ensure safe medication provision and monitor therapies. You will counsel patients and advise medical staff on drug therapy, while supporting inventory and record-keeping within the hospital pharmacy. Minimum BS in Pharmacy; Doctor of Pharmacy preferred with PGY1 residency. VA pharmacist license, BLS/ACLS within 6 months. Inpatient setting experience preferred but not required.
