CDL Driver Recruiter – Lead Engagement, Qualification & Hiring Follow-Up

Truck Driver Nation is seeking a CDL Driver Recruiter to communicate with professional drivers, evaluate basic qualifications, and maintain consistent follow-up throughout the recruiting process.

This position is focused on keeping qualified driver candidates engaged and helping move them from initial inquiry through the appropriate hiring steps.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Contact CDL driver applicants by phone, text, email, and recruiting platforms

• Review driving experience and basic qualification information

• Conduct initial candidate screening

• Follow up with interested and qualified drivers

• Maintain accurate applicant notes and status updates

• Help drivers complete required recruiting steps

• Match qualified candidates with appropriate available opportunities

• Maintain an organized recruiting pipeline

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong phone and written communication skills

• Excellent follow-up and organization

• Comfortable speaking with professional truck drivers

• Ability to manage multiple active candidates

• Comfortable using ATS, CRM, email, and online systems

• Recruiting, trucking, sales, or customer-service experience is helpful

• Transportation knowledge is preferred

POSITION DETAILS
