Job Details: Starting pay $17.45/hr Position Summary This position is responsible for assembling and supplying boxes used in the packaging process while maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient work environment. The Box Maker supports production operations by ensuring a steady flow of properly constructed boxes to the production lines. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Assemble corrugated boxes and lids manually or by assisting box machine operations to support production needs Retrieve box materials (flats, lids, and supplies) from designated storage areas and transport to workstation Ensure proper box size, quality, and assembly to meet product specifications Maintain continuous flow of boxes to production lines to avoid downtime Monitor box machine or conveyor systems for proper operation and report issues to supervision or maintenance Perform rework, stacking, and palletizing of finished boxes as needed Maintain cleanliness of work area by disposing of waste and following sanitation guidelines Follow all safety policies, including proper PPE usage and safe equipment handling Comply with Tyson policies, food safety standards, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) Perform other duties as assigned by management * The successful candidate(s) must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.
